Subjects we can work on

Capabilities, limits and the questions behind a demo

How AI systems work, where their outputs become unreliable and which conditions a convincing demonstration depends on. Participants learn to examine a claim and ask the follow-up question that matters.

From AI capability to business value

How to connect a technical possibility to a business purpose. We look at workflows, ownership, cost and evidence of progress, including why a team can adopt a tool and leave the underlying work unchanged.

Decisions under uncertainty

How to separate what you know from what you assume, find the unknowns that matter and decide what to test before a larger commitment.

Leadership and organizational change

What people need to understand and do differently before AI becomes useful in practice. We work through responsibility, decision rights and competing expectations inside a team.

How the sessions work

I build each engagement around your group’s responsibilities, existing understanding and the decisions it faces. We agree on learning outcomes and any practical outputs before choosing the format.

We select relevant examples and, where appropriate, work through your own initiatives and workflows.

I combine explanation, discussion and worked examples suited to your context. Participants can ask the basic questions and challenge what they hear. The aim is a group that can reason through the next unfamiliar AI proposal on its own.

Formats and the right people in the room

Choose the format around the outcome:

For work on a concrete initiative, we plan attendance to include the decision-makers and people with the relevant operational knowledge. A leadership briefing can use a different group and level of detail.

Practical technical workshops are available when a defined learning need calls for them.

Teaching grounded in practice

My background covers statistics, data engineering and machine learning, and work as a Data and AI Architect at IBM. I have taught at university level and trained colleagues on technical subjects.

In one session I can explain how the technology works and what a leader should ask about its use.

Languages and location

Available in English, German and Russian. Based in New York, with remote and in-person engagements across the United States.

What should your group be able to do afterward?

Tell me who the participants are, which decisions they face and what they should understand when the session ends. We will work out content, format and scope together.
